¶ 1. James Hamilton appeals from the dismissal of his complaint. We find no error and affirm.

¶ 2. In 1987, Hamilton was sentenced to serve twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
