Kerel Seabrooks ("Seabrooks") was convicted of three counts of felony murder1 in St. Joseph Superior Court. Seabrooks appeals, raising the following restated issues:

I. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by admitting evidence in violation of Indiana Evidence Rules 403 and 404(b); and,
