[¶1] Brendan K. and Marion L. Donovan appeal from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) in favor of Anchorage Realty Trust. The court determined, based on the parties' statements of material facts, that Anchorage has established by acquiescence the legal boundary line between the Donovan and Anchorage properties.
