¶ 1. Yolanda Noil was terminated from her job as a shift manager for Hardee's. Noil filed a claim for unemployment benefits with the Mississippi Employment Security Commission. The claims examiner granted her claim for benefits. On appeal, the referee affirmed. Thereafter, the Commission's Board of Review reversed the referee's decision.
