¶ 1 Dayton LeBar challenges pro se the trial court's denial of his Motion to Compel Monroe County Clerk of Court (Clerk) and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) to Return Monies Collected in Violation of 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9728.
