STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Plaintiff, John Cho (Cho) d/b/a Ace Construction & Interior Design (Ace Construction), appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Appellee-Defendant, Purdue Research Foundation (PRF).
