¶ 1. Malcolm Taylor and 26 other plaintiffs1 [collectively "Taylor"] sued Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., Harlan C. Stonecipher, Brooks Werkheiser, Dyre Law Firm, PLLC, and Arnold D. Dyre in the Claiborne County Circuit Court on April 9, 2002.
