Defendant, Wilton Bourque (Bourque) appeals from the trial court judgment granting sole custody of the minor child, Lance Bourque (Lance), to his mother, Plaintiff, Debra Still1 (Still). For the reasons which follow, we reverse in part and affirm in part.
