On June 22, 1998, the appellant, Patsy L. Gore, pled guilty to first-degree theft of property and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The trial court sentenced her to serve concurrent terms of seven years in prison, but suspended her sentences and ordered her to serve five years on supervised probation.
