Jorge Luis Munoz appeals his convictions for conspiracy to traffic in more than 28 grams of heroin and for the sale and delivery of heroin. Munoz was sentenced to 30 years in prison with a 25-year minimum mandatory term on the conspiracy charge and to a concurrent 15-year sentence for the sale and delivery of heroine.
