The Port Authority of Allegheny County (Port Authority) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas (common pleas) sustaining the arbitration award that reinstated Robert Irdi to his position as an incline1 operator after finding that he had inappropriately touched a female passenger. We reverse.
