¶ 1. Delores Spencer claimed that she was injured while working at the Tyson Foods, Inc. ("Tyson") chicken processing plant. The Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission found that Spencer suffered a compensable injury in the course and scope of her employment and granted disability benefits.
