Justice GOLDENHERSH delivered the opinion of the court:

Three weeks after a joint-parentingagreement order was entered, the petitioner and custodial parent, Mary Sale, now known as Mary Newton, petitioned the trial court for leave to remove the parties' son, D.S., from the State of Illinois, to Vader, Washington. The trial court denied the petition for removal. We affirm.
