¶ 1. Chantantie Miller was indicted for aggravated assault on April 22, 1993. Miller pled guilty and was sentenced to serve a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with twenty years suspended and five years' probation. She later was indicted on five counts of uttering a forgery. On September 30, 1996, the circuit court revoked Miller's probation and ordered that she serve her previous aggravated...
