Defendant was charged with two counts of cocaine distribution in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(A). After trial on the merits, he was found guilty as charged as to both counts. The trial court sentenced defendant to imprisonment at hard labor for ten years on each count, to be served concurrently, the first two years of which would be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence...
