¶ 1. The Chancery Court for the Second Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi granted Kindalin Kay Moses a divorce from Christopher Jerome Moses on the ground of habitual cruel and inhuman treatment. Joint custody was granted of the minor child with Kindalin having primary physical custody subject to Christopher's visitation rights. Child support was granted with Christopher being required to pay 14% of his income for support...
