¶ 1. Cameron Todd appeals an order of the Circuit Court of Chickasaw County denying his petition for post-conviction relief. Aggrieved, Todd asserts the following issue on appeal:

I. THE LOWER COURT ERRED IN DENYING TODD'S MOTION FOR POST-CONVICTION RELIEF BECAUSE THERE IS A SUBSTANTIAL DISPUTE AS TO THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE ALLEGED VICTIM'S LETTER RETRACTING HER CLAIM THAT SHE HAD SEX WITH TODD, AND A NEW TRIAL SHOULD BE HELD...
