Millennium Diagnostic Imaging Center, Inc. ("Millennium") appeals from an order dismissing its class action suit against Security National Insurance Company ("Security National"). The issue here involves the interpretation of a 2001 amendment to Florida's Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law which established a fee schedule for personal injury protection ("PIP") benefits payable to magnetic resonance imaging ("MRI") providers.
