SALMON, J.

Alfonso Minger ("Minger") was convicted in 1996 by a jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County of felony murder and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was acquitted of robbery with a dangerous weapon and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. After sentencing, Minger appealed to this Court.
