Relators are before this Court seeking review of a trial court judgment granting defendant/respondent Exxon Mobil's motion for summary judgment as to the survival action filed by the Thomassie plaintiffs, a motion for summary judgment as to the wrongful death action filed by the Thomassie plaintiffs, and an exception of no right of action as to punitive damages for the Bulot plaintiffs.
