The defendant, David Higham, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court on January 10, 2003, after guilty verdicts by a jury on two counts of first-degree child molestation sexual assault in violation of G.L.1956 § 11-37-8.1 and § 11-37-8.2.
