Donovan and Barbara Luedke sued Audubon Insurance Company, Kenneth Foley, and Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association (MWUA) for damages suffered by them when their home was damaged by a hurricane four months after their insurance policy allegedly was cancelled without notice to them.
