This appeal involves a suit to collect unpaid sewer-maintenance fees and a counterclaim seeking to enjoin collection of those fees. The trial court granted appellee judgment for the unpaid fees and directed a verdict for appellee on the counterclaim. This appeal followed. We reverse and remand.
