PER CURIAM.

J.D. appeals a final order in a delinquency proceeding which determined that he had committed the offense of battery.* The evidence was legally sufficient. See Pagan v. State, 830 So.2d 792, 803 (Fla.2002), cert. denied, 539 U.S. 919, 123 S.Ct. 2278, 156 L.Ed.2d 137 (2003) and cases cited therein.
