HENNESSY, J.

The plaintiff, Christopher B. Kennedy, appeals from the judgment of the trial court modifying the custody of the parties' minor children and from the court's finding of contempt. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) denied his request for a continuance and (2) granted the motion filed by the defendant, Leanna L. Kennedy, to modify the award of custody. We affirm in part and reverse in part the judgment...
