THOMAS F. DALEY, Judge.

Defendant, Leonard Bozeman, was charged in a Bill of Information with two counts of armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. He proceeded to trial on count two, was found guilty as charged by a twelve-person jury, and was sentenced to seventy-five years of imprisonment. Defendant then withdrew his not guilty plea to the first count and entered a plea of no contest under Alford
