¶ 1. On September 19, 2000, Christopher Moore filed a motion seeking post-conviction relief which the Circuit Court of Lee County, Mississippi denied on the grounds that he was not entitled to a hearing. He filed a second post-conviction relief motion on April 12, 2003, which the circuit court dismissed as a successive writ.
