¶ 1. On June 17, 2003, a jury in the Panola County Circuit Court found Larry Donnell Lewis guilty of aggravated assault on Count I and guilty of simple assault on Count II. Lewis was then sentenced to serve fifteen years for aggravated assault and six months for simple assault, both to be served in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
