Appellee Wayne M. Pathman filed a would-be class action against Turner Greenberg Associates, Inc. (hereinafter "TGA"), a high-end furniture retailer, alleging that the company was making undisclosed profits on shipping charges in violation of Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).
