[¶ 1] In June 2002, a Natrona County jury found the appellant, Rodney Lorenzo Brown, guilty of felony larceny, a violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-3-402(a) and (c)(i) (LexisNexis 2003), and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, a violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031(c) (LexisNexis 2003).
