Kimberly S. Schmidt ("Wife") appeals the denial of her motion to correct error following the trial court's judgment in favor of David A. Schmidt ("Husband") on his request for declaratory relief regarding the interpretation of the parties' antenuptial agreement. The trial court interpreted the parties' antenuptial agreement and concluded that, under the agreement, Husband and Wife agreed to separate their property upon dissolution...
