¶ 1 Francis E. Cauthorn brought suit against John Crane, Inc. and other companies that either sold or manufactured asbestos products. Plaintiff Cauthorn, the appellee in this case, alleged that he is suffering from symptomatic asbestos-related diseases caused by exposure to asbestos products.
