Plaintiffs, former employees of relator, Stewart Enterprises, Inc., filed the instant suit, alleging that they were wrongfully terminated by relator. Relator filed exceptions of lack of subject matter jurisdiction and prematurity, on the ground that plaintiffs' claims were subject to mandatory binding arbitration.
