A grand jury indicted Christopher A. Beckham (Appellant) for the first-degree premeditated murder (Count One) and robbery (Count Two) of Annette Graham. The jury found Appellant guilty of the lesser-included offense of second-degree murder (depraved mind) in Count One and not guilty in Count Two.
