SULLIVAN, Judge.

Following a jury trial, Appellant James Sublett was convicted of operating a motor vehicle after his privileges had been forfeited for life, a Class C felony.1 Upon appeal, Sublett presents one issue for our review, which we restate as whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence resulting from a sobriety checkpoint which he claims was in violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution...
