In this case the plaintiff/appellant, Judith Beaumont, appeals a Judgment in favor of her former employer, defendant/appellee, Exxon Corporation, which found that plaintiff was not "disabled" or "handicapped" under the Louisiana anti-discrimination statutes; that defendant did not conspire to retaliate in dismissing her; and that defendant did not intentionally inflict emotional distress upon plaintiff.
