The question presented in this appeal is whether an arbitration award that orders a managed health care provider to reinstate a surgeon to its roster violates public policy, when, five years earlier, the surgeon had used credit card information from confidential hospital patient files to make telephone calls to adult entertainment venues, but has since been rehabilitated and poses no present threat to the managed health care provider or to the community...
