¶ 1 This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence imposed upon Appellant after he was convicted of sexual assault in a jury trial. Appellant raises essentially two issues: whether the court erred in considering the Commonwealth's motion to reconsider sentence and whether the court erred in treating Appellant's court martial as a prior conviction for purposes of determining the prior record score.
