The issue presented on appeal of these consolidated cases is whether an employer's workers' compensation insurer has a right to reimbursement of compensation benefits and/or medical expenses from the employer's uninsured/underinsured ("UM/UIM") motorist carrier, when the compensation insurer alleges that the injured worker has committed fraud, even though the employer's UM/UIM policy specifically excludes the payment of benefits under the workers' compensation...
