PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Gregory A. Wyman, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.1 The court found that the petitioner was not in custody pursuant to General Statutes § 52-466(a) and therefore it lacked subject matter jurisdiction over his petition.2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
