On November 8, 2002, the plaintiff, Treen Construction Co., Inc. (Treen), filed suit against Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Schott, alleging that Treen sold plans for the proposed construction of a home in Savannah Ridge subdivision to the Schotts for $3,895.43, but the Schotts have failed to pay for the plans. The matter came before the court for trial on July 17, 2003. After Treen presented its case, the Schotts moved for an involuntary dismissal...
