STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendants-Appellants Paul ("Paul") and Jolene ("Jolene") Rodriguez appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Margie Rodriguez ("Wife").

We affirm.
