GROSS, J.

Salvatore Bertone appeals his conviction for dealing in stolen property, contrary to section 812.019(1), Florida Statutes (2002). We reverse in this circumstantial evidence case, because the evidence was legally insufficient to sustain the conviction.

Bertone was charged with "trafficking" in two DeWalt saws, which he had pawned and later retrieved from a pawn shop.
