STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Jomokenyatta N. Dorsey (Dorsey), appeals his conviction for battery resulting in serious bodily injury, a Class C felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-2-1(a)(3).

We affirm.
