{¶ 1} This timely appeal matter comes for consideration on the record in the trial, the parties' briefs, and their oral arguments before this court. Appellant, state of Ohio, appeals from the judgment of the Columbiana Court of Common Pleas granting the motion of appellee, George Brown Jr., to suppress evidence.
