BENDER, J.:

¶ 1 Richard Hassain Estes (Appellant), a/k/a Hassaim Estes, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed as a result of a conviction, before a jury, of third degree murder.1 Appellant raises three issues on appeal, one involving the jury selection system and two involving the effectiveness of trial counsel. After argument, review of the briefs and record, we affirm.
