In this case involving a toxic mold claim, the plaintiffs, Stuart H. Smith, Barry J. Cooper, Jr., and Judith M. Smith appeal the judgment granting an exception of no cause of action in favor of the defendant, Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., ("Rimkus"). For the reasons assigned, we affirm.
