This is an appeal by the plaintiff-appellant, Michael J. Scharf ("Scharf"), from a final judgment entered by the Court of Chancery in favor of the defendant-appellee, Edgcomb Corporation ("Edgcomb"). In a post-trial opinion, the Court of Chancery held that Scharf's indemnification claim is barred by the three-year statute of limitations set forth in Del.Code Ann. tit. 10, § 8106.
