In these paternity and child support actions, Florida's Department of Revenue (DOR) appeals the final order entered by the trial court awarding appellee, Matthew Yambert, section 57.105 attorney's fees.1 Concluding that the actions of DOR do not meet the standards set forth in section 57.105, we reverse.
