¶ 1. William Sanderson was found guilty of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault. He appeals arguing his indictment was fatally defective and that the verdict of the jury was against the overwhelming weight of the evidence. We find one error only. The charge of conspiracy was fatally defective. We reverse and order Sanderson discharged from the indictment for conspiracy, but affirm his conviction and sentence...
